Risk Assessments/Process Hazard Analysis
- ​Conduct risk assessment of process and employee activities to identify potential hazards:

- Facilitate risk assessments with key stakeholders to evaluate hazards in accordance with risk evaluation matrix.

Local Fire/Building/Mechanical Code
- Conduct hazard classification to determine proper occupancy classification and impacts on facility planning, design, and use.
- Conduct calculations to determine the need for hazardous exhaust systems.
- Code reviews of existing or proposed facilities, processes, or projects
Hazard Communication
- Development, implementation, and audit of hazard communication program and training programs.
- Author Safety Data Sheets.
Respiratory Protection
- Conduct exposure assessment to determine the need for respiratory protection for employees.
- Selection of proper respiratory equipment
- Coordinate medical clearance, fit testing, and training
Personal Protective Equipment
- Development, implementation, and audit of personal protective equipment program and training programs.
- Conduct Job Hazard Analysis to ensure proper selection of protective equipment.
Hearing Conservation
- Conduct exposure assessments to determine the need for a hearing conservation program.
- Development, implementation, and audit of hearing conservation program and training programs.
Energy Control (Lock Out/Tag Out)
- Development, implementation, and audit of energy control (LOTO) program and training programs.
- Preparation of equipment specific LOTO protocols.
Safety Equipment Maintenance and Inspection
- Recommendation of proper safety protection equipment for new builds and remodels that meets OSHA and ANSI guidance.
- Development, implementation, and audit of safety equipment maintenance and inspection programs.
